1. Partnership Structure. The Natex Group, LLC and the undersigned Partner agree to a 50/50 joint-venture split on all referred business.
2. Referral Obligations. Partner agrees to introduce qualified clients. Partner shall not make representations on behalf of Company.
3. Compensation. Partner shall be paid 50% of net commissions earned on each closed transaction.
4. Non-Exclusive. This agreement is non-exclusive.
5. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of client data.
6. Term & Termination. This agreement begins upon digital signature and continues until terminated with 30 days notice.
7. Electronic Signature. By signing below, Partner consents to electronic signature.
